RacquetFit Level 1 consists of a two-day live workshop with our tennis industry leaders. Students will learn RacquetFit’s physical screens and common characteristics for the serve. Students will learn how to quickly identify any physical limitations that a player has and relate those back to their technical characteristics.  Finally, students will learn simple exercise protocols to improve the player's performance for their given limitations.
